Have you already tried power cycling your console? I'm assuming that you're on an Xbox One console.

If a power cycle doesn't resolve the issue. I would then suggest that you try removing the account from the console, performing the power cycle once again, and then adding the account back to the system upon restart.

Just to help with the fix, see if you having any packet loss.
Just go to Settings - Network Settings and see what % of packet loss do you have

Hi Ezra.

I'm based in the UK and im having the same code issues as of 31/10/18.

Tried the link, 404'ed..

Cant see any 'packet' option in network settings either, so can't see if i'm loosing any. It just says i'm connected.

What's going on? Why is there no official fix on the website? Also, why doesn't the error code exist on this website?

...to be more specfic, you should be able to use the log on that is asked when syncing with social networks. Just revoke the intend to link up with the networks after your login. Worked for me!

* NAT Tipo de Teste

O NAT tem que ficar ABERTO e não MODERADO.

I cant sign in my account gives me the error (0x80a4001a)

what needs to be done ?

I held my power on button on my console for 10 seconds for a reset but it still gives me the error .
